RedProfit Affiliate Program Terms

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Program Overview

The RedProfit Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to RedProfit services at redprofit.co.

2. Commission Structure

• • Commission Rate: 40% of all customer payments
• • Lite Plan: $15.60 per month per active customer ($39 × 40%)
• • Pro Plan: $27.60 per month per active customer ($69 × 40%)
• • Enterprise Plan: $51.60 per month per active customer ($129 × 40%)
• • Upgrades: 40% of the difference in plan pricing when customers upgrade

3. Commission Duration

• • Affiliates earn commissions for the lifetime of the customer relationship
• • Commissions continue as long as the referred customer maintains an active RedProfit subscription
• • Commissions cease immediately when the customer cancels their subscription

4. Payment Terms

• • Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly (every two weeks)
• • Payment Method: PayPal
• • Minimum Payout: No minimum threshold
• • Payment Currency: USD
• • Payment Timing: Within 7 business days of each bi-weekly cycle

5. Tracking & Attribution

• • Cookie Duration: Lifetime tracking (no expiration)
• • Attribution: First-click attribution model
• • Tracking: Provided through Promotekit platform
• • Reporting: Real-time dashboard access for all metrics

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• • RedProfit does not provide refunds to customers
• • Affiliates are paid based on actual customer payments received
• • When customers cancel, future commission payments stop immediately
• • No clawback of previously paid commissions

7. Affiliate Approval

• • Approval Process: Automatic approval upon application
• • Geographic Eligibility: All countries accepted
• • Self-Referrals: Permitted (affiliates may refer themselves and family members)

8. Marketing Guidelines

• • Marketing Freedom: No restrictions on promotional methods
• • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• • Trademark Usage: RedProfit name and logo available for promotional use
• • Spam Policy: While no specific restrictions, affiliates should follow best practices

9. Prohibited Activities

• • Fraud or misrepresentation of the RedProfit service
• • Creating fake accounts or manipulating tracking systems
• • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

• • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time
• • Upon termination, affiliates forfeit rights to future commissions
• • Previously earned commissions will be paid according to normal schedule

11. Modification of Terms

• • RedProfit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• • Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email
• • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms
